Chops Lobster Bar Boca Raton opened in 2007 as Buckhead Life's first restaurant outside Atlanta. It was built for the kind of night Chops has always done best: polished service, generous hospitality, serious steaks, fresh seafood, and rooms that make dinner feel like an occasion.
The restaurant moves between two moods - the richer, mahogany-coffered Chops dining room and the brighter Lobster Bar, with herringbone mosaic tile and high-arched ceilings. On the menu: custom-aged USDA Prime steaks seared in a 1,700-degree oven, genuine Dover sole, Chilean sea bass, and Nova Scotia lobster - long known as the Rolls-Royce of lobster.
